We offer a wide range of high level therapeutic services including chiropractic, active release technique, cupping, dry needling, and functional rehabilitation exercises to help get patients out of pain and back to the things they enjoy.
Our Expectation
Our expectation is that patients take an active role in their care by participating in a uniquely designed home care rehab program so that maximum recovery can be achieved. Throughout treatment patients will be educated on how to prevent future episodes of pain.

Dr. Mersch is the chiropractor for Wilmington College Athletics, Wittenberg University Athletics, and has spent 4 years serving as chiropractor to the Cincinnati Reds. Our office specializes in the treatment and performance of athletes but have a large clientele consisting of general population patients as well. Our goal is to always treat the patient with the highest level of care.
Conveniently Located
Our office is located on the Wilmington College campus in the Center for Sports Sciences building. This unique location houses the Mersch Chiropractic Care office along with Drayer Physical Therapy, Beacon Orthopaedics, and Clinton Memorial Hospital Imaging allowing for a truly medically integrated setting. This allows for quick referrals and co-management of care if needed.
